Dever Haffner-Ratliffe literally grew-up in the solar industry, and helped found the state solar trade association in 2013 at 22 years old. Her career has included working for Washington State agencies and a public utility district, giving her many perspectives on the solar industry.Title: Title: The Pink Safety Vest
