PVSC has arranged for discounted group rates at the conference hotel - the Westin Seattle.
Important Notes
- Attendees with a confirmed reservation at either the conference or satellite hotel will receive up to a 200 USD discount on their PVSC meeting registration.
- You must make your hotel reservation using the link below prior to registering for the conference to receive the discount.
- Discounts cannot be applied after a registration payment has been made and/or discounts cannot be given for hotel reservations made outside of the PVSC hotel block.
- After May 9, reservations will be based on availability and the discounted rate will no longer be valid. We encourage you to make your reservation before the deadline to secure a room at the best rate.
- Any hotel cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date, or you may be subject to a fee equal to one night's room and tax.
- Individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations.
