PVSC PROGRAM
PUBLICATION POLICY
The PVSC publication policy and procedure has changed significantly from past years. Please review the information below.
The Proceedings of the PVSC are a permanent record of the technical program and a valuable resource for future photovoltaic specialists. Publishing a full conference paper is encouraged but no longer required to present.
From Submission to Program
- Submit in JanuaryEach submission includes a 3-page Evaluation Abstract, which goes through rigorous peer review, and a Short Abstract.
- Peer reviewAt least 3 reviewers assess each submission. Based on their combined scores, work is accepted as an extended oral, regular oral or poster contribution, or declined. An Evaluation Abstract must be at an advanced stage to be selected for an oral presentation. Abstracts selected for oral presentation will also have the option to present a poster.
- Notification in MarchThe corresponding author is notified by email and must confirm or decline the contribution at that time, then respond promptly to requests throughout the publication process.
- Publication by May 30Your publication preference, chosen when you submit, can be changed until the May 30 publication deadline.
