PVSC PROGRAM
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
To have your paper considered for presentation at the IEEE PVSC, submit a 3-page evaluation abstract and a short abstract of no more than 300 words (including title, authors & affiliations).
“No paper, no podium” has been discontinued. Authors are no longer required to publish a full proceedings manuscript for each presentation and may choose to publish only the 300-word short abstract. Indicate your publication preference on the abstract submission form.
Oral + poster: Abstracts selected for oral presentation will also have the option to present a poster.
What You Submit
Short Abstract
A brief summary of the topics and main conclusions of the paper and presentation, 300 words or fewer including title, authors & affiliations.
For accepted papers it is shown on the conference website and linked from the paper title in the Conference Program, helping attendees plan which technical sessions to attend.
Evaluation Document
The most important part of your submission: it is what the Program Committee reviews.
Limited to 3 pages and uploaded as a PDF, prepared with the PVSC template.
What to Include in Your Evaluation Document
- Full title of the paper
- Full author list and affiliations
- Introduction or background of the paper topic
- Main experimental and/or theoretical results
- Analysis of the results and a clear exposition of the main findings
- Discussion of the significance of the work for the field
- Summary of the work
- References
