Before You Book

  • Attendees with a confirmed reservation in the PVSC hotel block receive up to a $200 discount on their PVSC registration.
  • Make your hotel reservation using the links above before registering for the conference to receive the discount.
  • Discounts cannot be applied after a registration payment has been made, or for hotel reservations made outside the PVSC hotel block.
  • After May 20, reservations are based on availability and the discounted rate may no longer be offered. Book before the deadline to secure the best rate.
  • If more than one person is staying in a room, all names must be listed on the hotel reservation.
  • No more than 2 people may use the same hotel reservation to receive this discount.
  • If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration.
  • Hotels may ask for a deposit of one night’s stay when you make your reservation.
  • Individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations.
  • Listed rates are exclusive of taxes and fees.
