How your work is published in the PVSC proceedings depends on the publication option you chose when submitting your abstract.

Publishing a full manuscript

Your final submission must use either the PVSC Microsoft Word template or the equivalent LaTeX template.

Publishing your abstract only

If you chose to have PVSC publish your 300-word short abstract or your 3-page evaluation abstract, no further action is needed.

Using LaTeX? You may prepare your manuscript in LaTeX as long as it follows the layout guidelines in the Word template. IEEE proceedings templates are available from IEEE. The Word template takes precedence, including word and page limits and author layout.
