PVSC has arranged for discounted group rates at the conference host hotel - the Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino.
Important Notes
- Attendees with a confirmed reservation at the conference hotel will receive up to a 200 USD discount on their PVSC meeting registration.
- You must make your hotel reservation using the link below and then enter your hotel confirmation number on the registration form in order to receive this discount. Discounts cannot be applied after a registration payment has been made and discounts cannot be given for hotel reservations outside of the PVSC hotel block.
- After May 8, reservations will be based on availability and the discounted rate will no longer be valid.
- Hotel's policy: One night's deposit is needed at the time of reservation. Deposits can only be refunded, if you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- Individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations.
