Paying by Check?
After submitting your online registration, you will be redirected to an invoice page. Please print that page and include a copy of the invoice with your payment. Checks must be made payable (in U.S. dollars) to “IEEE PVSC”. For your convenience, a copy of the PVSC W-9 form is available (here) should it be required by your institution.
Paying by Wire Transfer?
If you choose to pay the registration balance by wire transfer, please make sure to add 45 USD to the amount paid to cover any banking processing fees. Once payment has been completed, please email a copy of the payment receipt to [email protected]. It is only after the payment has been received, that your registration will be marked as paid.

Headquarter Hotel Discount*
- RECEIVE 200 USD DISCOUNT OFF THE REGULAR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATE:
- Hotel reservations must be made by May 6, 2026 (while rooms are available).
- Discounts cannot be given for hotel reservations outside of the PVSC 54 hotel block.
- You must stay at least 3 nights at the conference hotel.
- The discount code may be used by up to 2 people. Each person using the code must be listed on the hotel reservation.
- If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration
- You will need to make your hotel reservation prior to registering. The hotel discount cannot be applied to existing registrations.
How to Receive the Registration Discount
Step 1: Make your hotel reservation AT A HEADQUARTER HOTEL and receive your hotel reservation confirmation number.
Step 2: Log into the ONLINE CONFERENCE SYSTEM and click on "Conference Registration".
Step 3: Enter your hotel reservation confirmation number when prompted to receive the discount.
