PVSC has arranged for discounted rate at the conference headquarter hotel - the Hyatt Regency New Orleans Hotel.

Important Notes

  • Attendees with a confirmed reservation at the conference will receive up to a 200 USD discount on their PVSC meeting registration.
  • You must make your hotel reservation using the link below prior to registering for the conference to receive the discount.
  • Discounts cannot be applied after a registration payment has been made and/or discounts cannot be given for hotel reservations made outside of the PVSC hotel block.
  • After May 6, reservations will be based on availability and the discounted rate may no longer be valid. We encourage you to make your reservation before the deadline to secure a room at the best rate.
  • If multiple people are staying in one room, all names must be listed on the hotel reservation.
  • No more than 2 people may use the same hotel reservation to receive this discount.
  • If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration.
  • Hotels may ask for a deposit of one night's stay when you make your reservation.
  • Individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations.
