Social & Companion Registration
All companions will be required to register (ages 5 and over). Registered companions will be issued a conference badge. This badge will provide companions with access to the Monday evening reception and coffee breaks. Please note that companion registrations do not include access to educational sessions or breakfast. No Social & Companion registration will be required if you will ONLY attend the banquet.
Paying by Check?
After submitting your online registration, you will be redirected to an invoice page. Please print that page and include a copy of the invoice with your payment. Checks must be made payable (in U.S. dollars) to “IEEE PVSC”. For your convenience, a copy of the PVSC W-9 form is available (here) should it be required by your institution.
