PVSC has arranged for discounted group rates at the conference hotel - the Hotel Le Westin Montreal and at the satellite hotels - the DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal and Marriott Montréal Château Champlain.
Important Notes
- Attendees with a confirmed reservation at either the conference or satellite hotels will receive up to a 200 USD discount on their PVSC meeting registration.
- You must make your hotel reservation using one of the links below prior to registering for the conference to receive the discount.
- Discounts cannot be applied after a registration payment has been made and/or discounts cannot be given for hotel reservations made outside of the PVSC hotel block.
- After May 8, reservations will be based on availability and the discounted rate will no longer be valid. We encourage you to make your reservation before the deadline to secure a room at the best rate.
- If multiple people are staying in one room, all names must be listed on the hotel reservation.
- No more than 2 people may use the same hotel reservation to receive this discount.
- If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration.
- Hotels may ask for a deposit of one night's stay when you make your reservation.
- Individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations.
The 53rd IEEE Photovoltaic Specialists Conference will occur immediately prior to the F1 race in Montreal and hotel rooms outside of the PVSC room block may be very expensive. Please make sure to make your hotel reservation early before the block of rooms run out. Note: No hotel cancellations will be accepted after May 1, 2025.
