Congratulations on being chosen to present a virtual poster at the IEEE PVSC! This year, all posters will also include a 5 minute oral video presentation in addition to the traditional poster presentation. Poster sessions are critical to the success of the conference, contributing to both the breadth and the depth of coverage in photovoltaic technology. Poster presentations make it possible for a large number of important developments in the field of photovoltaics to be shared. As a Poster Presenter, the following outlines your responsibilities:

• Manuscripts are required for all poster presentations in Areas 1-12. Be sure to upload your manuscript (Manuscript Instruction), following the guidelines on the PVSC website, by June 9, 2020 to be included in the conference proceeding volumes.
• Electronically sign the Copyright form (a link will be provided).
• Prepare your poster following the guidelines below: 
  • Posters should be exported from PowerPoint or any other graphics program as a high resolution JPG image. Authors will be provided links in their abstract submission account to upload their poster to the conference website.
  • Your 5 minute oral presentation should be recorded using PowerPoint.
  • Instructions for recording your presentation can be found here: https://spl-video.com/pp.html
• Both your poster and oral presentation should be uploaded to the conference website by June 9, 2020.
