How to Receive the Registration Discount
Step 1: Make your hotel reservation AT THE HYATT and receive your hotel reservation confirmation number.
Special Note For Government Employees: Government Per Diem Rates are sold out and no longer available at Hyatt Regency. IEEE PVSC has secured additional rooms at government per diem rate at a nearby hotel, ALOFT. Simply provide your ALOFT confirmation number for registration discount.
Step 2: Log into the online conference system and click on "Conference Registration".
Step 3: Enter your hotel reservation confirmation number when prompted to receive the discount.

Confirming your room at the headquarter hotel allows the PVSC to maintain consistent and competitive registration, exhibit space and other service fees from year to year. IEEE and the PVSC are financially liable if contractual obligations are not met. Therefore, everyone is strongly encouraged to use the discounted hotel program that has been arranged for you. A portion of the room rate at each hotel will be used to offset meeting expenses.
