Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees may be requested by email to [email protected]

For cancellations received before 5 May 2014, a 75% refund of the registration fee will be granted.

From 5 May 2014 to 22 May 2014, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted.

After 22 May 2014, no reimbursement can be made.

For cancellations received before 5 May 2015, a 75% refund of the registration fee will be granted.

From 5 May 2015 to 22 May 2015, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted.

After 22 May 2015, no reimbursement can be made.
