Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees may be requested by email to [email protected]

For cancellations received before 3 May 2018, a 75% refund of the registration fee will be granted.

From 3 May 2018 to 22 May 2018, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted.

After 22 May 2018, no reimbursement can be made.
