STAFF REGISTRATIONS
Each company is entitled to a specific number of Full Conference Registrations and/or Exhibit Hall Only Registrations based on your booth package. Please note that Exhibit Hall Only staff will not be permitted in any of the session rooms, those passes are for booth staff only. These codes and instructions for registering your staff have already been emailed to each company. Please contact [email protected] if you do not receive this information or if you need assistance.
Instructions:
1. Click here to sign into your PVSC account. If you do not have an account, select "Create an Account"
2. Select "Conference Registration"
3. Select "Add New Registrant"
4. Select attendee type as "Exhibitor"
5. Select registration type as either "Full Exhibitor Registration" or "Exhibit Hall Staff "
6. Enter waived registration code in the "Special Registration Code" field
7. Under step 7 (payment options), select "None Due" and then click the "make no payment" button to process the registration.
