Registration Information

IEEE Members
If you’re not currently a member of the Electron Devices Society, don’t worry. Your registration fee includes a half-year membership in EDS. Members also enjoy free online access to the new IEEE Journal of Photovoltaics! See the EDS membership table onsite for more info. Companions
One important change to our program this year is that all companions will be required to register ($20.00 per person, ages 5 and over). Registered companions will be issued a conference badge, which will serve as tickets to the Companions Room - located in the Sheraton’s Diamond Room - where we’ll have a continental breakfast, Monday through Thursday. This badge will also provide companions with access to the Exhibitor and Cherry Award receptions. No companion registration will be required if you will ONLY attend the banquet. 

1-Day Rate
You may register to attend for a single day using the 1-day rate. However, if you will attend for more than one day, you must select the Full Registration option.

Check Payments
After submitting your online registration, you will be redirected to an invoice page. Please print that page and include a copy of the invoice with your payment. Checks must be made payable (in U.S. dollars) to “2012 IEEE PVSC”. For your convenience, a copy of the PVSC W-9 form is available (here) should it be required by your institution.

Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees may be requested by email to [email protected]

For cancellations received before 30 April 2012, a 75% refund of the registration fee will be granted.

From 30 April 2012 to 3 June 2012, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted.

After 3 June 2012, no reimbursement can be made.
