Abstract
This paper presents the results of a survey on integrated perovskite PV applications which was set out in 2025 to collect opinions from 63 PV experts regarding the potential, opportunities and weaknesses of perovskite PV technologies in integrated PV applications. The applications ranged from building integrated PV, vehicle integrated PV, floating PV, indoor PV to agri-PV up to classical utility-scale PV systems. Opinions related to performance, reliability, lifetime, sustainability, toxicity, costs and other aspects of perovskite solar cells have been collected and associated with various PV applications. Results show a broad diversity in opinions on the applicability of perovskite solar cells.
