Efficiency remains the key index among manufacturers’ advancements towards an increased module power output. Silicon heterojunction (SHJ) and shingling interconnection are the best in class technologies to obtain the highest efficiency from cells and modules respectively, and in this work, we demonstrate their combination in 22% efficiency full size modules.
